지구촌의 다양한 문제 조사 및 인식 확산

• 모든 회원들은 매월 1회 이상 지구촌의 중요한 문제에 관해 조사하고 정리해 웹사이트에 발표합니다. (우리말 또는 영어)
• 회원들의 글을 모아 분기마다 뉴스레터를 발간하고 이를 온라인에서 확산합니다.
• 다양한 문제에 관하여 알 수 있는 좋은 도서와 영화 등을 선정하여 알립니다.
• 매년 지구촌 10대 사건/이슈를 선정해 발표합니다.
• 같은 목적을 가지고 활동하는 다른 나라 학생 단체, 기존의 NGO들과 연계하여 활동합니다.

Public Awareness Promotion on diverse global issues

• All members study important global issues, and post what they want to share on the website at least once a month. (Korean or English)
• We collect members' posts, publish a quarterly newsletter, and distribute it online.
• We select and inform people of particularly notable or informational books and movies to help them learn about various issues.
• We select and announce the top 10 important global events/issues every year.
• We work in conjunction with student groups and existing NGOs in other countries that work for similar humanitarian purposes.

회원교육

• 평소 모든 회원들이 인간과 세계에 대한 이해를 깊이 할 수 있도록 함께 애씁니다.
• 연 1회, 전회원이 모여 강연을 듣고, 활동 참여에 필요한 지식과 정보를 얻습니다.
• 역할을 맡은 회원은 그 역할을 감당하도록 도움을 드립니다.
• 6개월마다, 24회 이상 지구촌의 문제를 게시판에 포스팅 한 회원에게는 우수 회원 자격을 부여하고, 우수회원 4회 선정되면 '우수회원상'을 수여합니다.
• 임원으로서 1년간 수고한 회원은 공로상을 받습니다.

Member Training

• We work together to help all members deepen their understanding of humans and the world, delving deeper into the ethical and practical nuances of conflicts.
• All members gather to listen to lectures once a year and gain the knowledge and information necessary to become a global citizen.
• Members who are selected as an officer are assisted in their tasks.

Awards

• Members who post global problems on the bulletin board more than 24 times every six months are granted Outstanding Contributor status. If they are selected as an Outstanding Contributor 4 times, they are awarded a 'Certificate of Excellence.'
• Members who have worked hard as officers over one year will receive a 'Certificate of Appreciation'

모금과 전달

• 연 2회 모금 활동을 통해 모금한 금액을 MercyKo 가 관심을 가진 문제의 해결을 위해 애쓰고 있는 비영리 단체로 기부합니다.

Fundraising

• The funds raised through fundraising activities twice a year are donated to domestic and foreign non-profit organizations working to help solve global problems.

가입 안내

MercyKo는 그 목적에 찬성하고 활동에 참여하기를 원하는 청소년은 누구나 가입할 수 있습니다.

· 가입 대상: 청소년 중고생(7-12학년)
· 가입방법: 게시판에 있는 정해진 양식을 이용해서 합니다.
· 회원의 의무: 모든 회원은 다음 의무 사항을 지켜야 합니다.

• 1. 월 1회 이상 지구촌의 뉴스 중 의미 있는 뉴스를 요약하여 웹사이트 게시판에 게시합니다.
• 2. 연례 행사인 컨퍼런스에 참석합니다.
• 3. MercyKo에서 취급한 모든 지구촌의 문제와 이슈를 확산시키기 위해 애씁니다.
• 4. 모금활동에 적극적으로 참여합니다.
• 5. 회비를 납부합니다.

How to Join

MercyKo welcomes anyone who agrees with its purpose and wants to participate in its activities.

· Who: Middle and high school students (grades 7-12)
· How to sign up: Use the Google Form linked in the board.

All members must meet the following requirements:

• 1. Summarize meaningful news from around the world and post it on the website at least once a month.
• 2. Attend an annual conference.
• 3. Actively attempt to spread awareness on the global problems and issues MercyKo addresses.
• 4. Actively participate in fundraising activities.
• 5. Pay membership dues.
